Information Credentara processes
Credentara processes information you submit when checking a contact, uploading evidence, creating an account, or reporting a suspected scam. Reports are reviewed before they become public. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or unnecessary personal information.
Advertising and cookies
Credentara may use Google AdSense to display advertisements within the Safety Library. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to deliver, measure, and personalise ads where you have given the required consent. When consent is not available, Google may show non-personalised or limited ads.
You can learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services in Google's privacy documentation and manage advertising preferences through your Google account.
Your choices
Where required, you can accept, reject, or manage advertising choices through the consent message shown when you visit. You can also control cookies in your browser. Blocking advertising technologies may change the ads you see but does not prevent you from using Credentara's safety tools.
Data security and retention
Credentara uses access controls and review procedures to protect submitted information. Information is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain community safety records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Questions and requests
Use Credentara's published contact channel to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
